4 Day - $75 ($35 goes towards cost of new fridge purchase)
7 Day - $99 ($50 goes towards cost of new fridge purchase)

How does the 'rent to own' program work?
Easy, each time you rent a product, a percentage of that rental fee goes back towards the purchase of that item. This is an excellent way to test a product before you make and expensive purchase.

If I rent a fridge can I apply the 'rent to own' credit to a welder?
No, all credits go towards the item rented only. We will absolutely allow freezer-fridge credits to be used towards any model fridge, i.e. you can rent an ARB 37 Quart but purchase an ARB 50 Quart using your credits.

How do I pickup the rental item?
All items must be picked up and returned to Cruiser Outfitters in Sandy, Utah. Customers are solely responsible for pickup and return during regular business hours which are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 PM. All initial pickups and orientations on product use must be by appointment only. Rental periods are specified by the item above, for example a (4-day) rental period is just that. Rent it on a Thursday at 5:00 PM and it is due back on Monday no later than 5:00 PM.

How do I pay for the rental item?
A credit card must be presented at the time of pickup for all rental items. We can accept cash for the rental fees themselves but a valid credit card must be authorized for the rented item. The item must be by paid for either by cash or credit card at the time of rental. If paid by cash and the item is returned damage free and on time, no charges will be presented to your credit card.

How do I schedule a rental?
Please give us a call. All rentals must be schedule via telephone at this time. Please have the exact dates of your rental as well as a credit card to hold the item. must be presented at the time of pickup for all rental items. We can accept cash, check or money-order for the rental fees themselves but a valid credit card must be authorized for the rented item.

What if I cancel a rental?
There is no charge for rentals canceled seven (7) or more days before you scheduled pick up day. Rentals cancelled after that time will be charged a 25% fee based on the original rental arrangements. Some of our items are in high demand particularly on holiday weekends thus ask that customers be resolute in their rental needs as to accommodate our other customers.

How do I know if a rental item will work for my needs?
Customer is responsible for verifying need and compatibility prior to renting the unit. For example in the case of 12V fridges, customer is responsible for ensuring their vehicle has adequate 12V power ports capable of up to 10 amps for fridge use.

What damage or repairs am I responsible for?
All units are carefully inspected prior to rental, thus the renter is liable for an and all damage or needed repairs or replacement to the rented item. The renter accepts any and all liability for item at time of rental and a credit card must be present for all rentals. We ask that you pack, use, clean and protect the rental item as if it was your own.

Do I need to return the item clean and ready for the next renter?
Yes, all items must be returned clean and ready to send home with the next renter. Any cleaning will be billed to your credit card on file at a rate of $65/hour + any needed supplies. We are not in the cleaning business and don't want to be thus we kindly ask that you care for and clean the item as if it were your own.

Are late fees charged if I fail to return the item on time?
Yes, rentals must be returned on a timely manner in order to accommodate our rental schedule and the needs of other customers. A non-refundable late fee of 20% of the retail value of the item is charged until it is returned. If the item is returned more than 5 days late, you now own it. No refunds, exchanges or credits available for late items or items you de facto purchase.
